Peterson Electro - Musical Products, Inc. suffered a major loss last week due to the sudden death of its founder and owner Peter Peterson.
He also led a team of engineers with a passion for problems - solving every day and love of music. Dick's great passion was to use modern technology in organ building and to spend time with his other family members. He died last week after a serious illness aged 66, just days after his birthday. Peterson Electro - Musical Products, Inc. remains a family owned and managed company.
His goal has always been to make church and theater organs accessible to people who enjoyed them, and many of the innovations he worked on gradually developed. Finally, in 1998, Peterson rebuilt the original organ player that had been launched fifty years earlier, the radio. Then he recognized his vocation in life and dedicated his existence to perfecting the pipe organ. He developed and improved the construction and construction of many different types of organs and a variety of other instruments.
